Specialising in food, travel and lifestyle journalism, my career has taken me all over the world, writing for glossies and broadsheets, international publications, luxury hotels and brands. Offering a highly personalised service, I bring a global outlook and impressive book of contacts to my work.

An award-winning editor and writer, I’ve broken national exclusives, championed hidden talent, visited many of the world’s top hotels, interviewed celebrities, judged competitions, run successful PR and marketing campaigns, worked as a restaurant critic, written guidebooks, edited cookbooks, debated on air, shared my expertise at forums and acted as a consultant for some of Ireland’s leading hotels.
